Shortlist and interview
If you are shortlisted for a position you will be invited to attend a competency based interview conducted by the recruiting Line Manager and Resourcing Consultant. Your interview usually comprises questions relating to your qualifications and past work experience, as well as assessing job relevant competencies such as problem-solving, leadership or interpersonal skills required for the post. You may also be asked to complete a business/technical assessment prior to your interview.
Applying for a position
You will need to get in touch with us on email first to find out if any openings are available because due to the nature of our business, some are very urgent that we can’t list them online. Once you’ve applied, we’ll email you confirmation of receipt. Our Resourcing Team will then carefully assess your application. You will need to simply upload your CV and send to us when requiring about positions. . You can also refer friends and family to suitable positions.
Everyone who’s offered a job with us is asked to take part in our employment screening process. The checks we do will depend on the role you’ve applied for. Checks may include education, residency, credit, criminal history and relevant professional qualifications.
